Passed away on Thursday November 14th, 2019 at the age of 33. Loving son of Grazyna(Ewa) Jachaczy and the late Pawel (1996) and loving brother of Peter and John all of Oshawa. Loving father of Aleksander and his mother Michelle.
Fondly remembered by his grandmother Stefania (late Marian) of Poland. Predeceased by his grandparents Marianna and Jan. Adam will be remembered by his cousins, aunts, and uncles in Canada and Poland.
Visitation at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home, 5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby on Friday November 22nd, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Mass at St. Hedwig’s Parish, 411 Olive Ave, Oshawa on Saturday November 23rd at 11:00 a.m.
Interment will follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
