Edward “Edi” Wolf, 89 years of age passed away in Oshawa, on December 1, 2019. Ed was born in Graz, Austria the third son of Anna and Peter Wolf. Survived by his loving wife and best friend, Irene Reid. Much loved father of Peter (Tricia Le Blanc), Linda (Ron Shortt), Richard, Silvia (Rodger LeClair), Chilliwack, B.C., and Step-son, Kevin Reid. Loved and treasured by his grandchildren, Michael, Cassandra, Daniel, Jacob, Jason, Rheannan, Brad; great-grandchildren: Mya, Rebekah, Lyla, Azurae and step-Grandchildren Zac, Cayla, Brooklyn, Chelsea, Braden and Eric. Loved Siblings: Graz, Austria, Fritz Wolf, Traudl Fischmann, Anni Urgl; nieces and nephews in Graz and England and in-laws in Canada and Scotland. Ed was preceded in death by his first wife Angelina Wolf, nee Rivera. He also leaves behind many wonderful friends.
Family and friends will be received at Barnes Memorial Funeral Home (5295 Thickson Rd. N. Whitby 905-655-3662) for visitation and reception time on Saturday December 7th from 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. followed by a funeral service in the Barnes Chapel at 2:30 p.m.
