Mrs. Corvinelli,
It has always been comforting to have your warm and peaceful presence next door to our family home. My family has always thought so highly of you both. Growing up I remember you quietly appearing at our door with baskets of home grown produce. You let us race through your yard after runaway dogs. We admired your manicured lawn and garden from the top of our homemade toboggan hill. You were important guests at our weddings. You were there for me and my newborn Cassandra when we came to visit and locked ourselves out of my parents’ house. You and Mr. Corvinelli took us in and played with Cass and made us feel at home. But one memory of Mr. Corvinelli stands out for me most. I was doing a report on architecture in grade school and needed to interview an expert. As shy and quiet as he was, Mr. Corvinelli patiently answered all my questions in his humble but expert way and I was very pleased with myself.!
We will miss knowing you are there together in your beautiful home and our hearts go out to you and your family as you grieve.

With love and good memories,
Alison Frost and family

The Dykstra family would like to send our condolences for the passing of Vince. We remember helping my dad who worked for McKnight Windows and installed windows so many years ago for Corvinelli construction. When my dad passed away years later, I remember Vince coming to my dads funeral. He was very kind.

Dear Teresa,
On behalf of Lakeridge Health Foundation, I would like to express our deepest sympathies on the passing of Vince. In my role, I have met a number of wonderful individuals who support their community and Vince was at the top of the list. His thoughtfulness and concern to support others were endearing qualities that will be missed. During this difficult time I hope you will take some comfort in knowing how much you and Vince have supported our community and how grateful we are for the support over the years. Vince will be very much missed.

Cara Teresa,

I, and most of our filed staff have known Vincenzo for a very long time and recognized that he was one of a rare breed familiar to us as Vincenzo had work ethics like no one! His office was the site, whether it be in a future basement with foundation walls just poured, pushing water out of the basement, carpentry, drywalling or anything else that needed to be done. Vincenzo was a real Italian artigiano! Teresa we offer our sincerest sympathies and condolences at this very difficult time and we hope that the time you have shared and the wonderful memories will sustain you. Dio ti Benedica.
